Referred to by Krug as 'multi-vintage', the blend uses all three champagne grapes, 50 different wines from 6 to 9 different vintages, some as old as 15 years. A myriad of flavours, fresh, creamy, toasty, hugely complex and elegant.

Rich, concentrated with elegant dark fruit character with highlights of red. A gentle floral character too. Plenty of body and mouth-filling substance before an elegant long finish.

With a smoky nose, this is a lovely racy wine with a savoury edge, a direct result of Folatières' position on the upper slopes. The fruit is sweet - yellow plums - and it normally drinks earlier than other Leflaive 1er crus.

A warm and year with a little rain in September to complete the ripen process to perfection. Made with elegance in mind with less American and more French oak than in previous years.

This excellent wine from Didier Dagueneau was formerly called 'En Chailloux'. It is fermented and aged for 10 months in new oak barrels endowing the wine with masses of richness and complexity with a citrussy finish.

A stunning classic to celebrate Taylor's tercentenary. Their finest wine since 1977, with damsons, blackberry, dark berries, figs, violets, spice and minerals. Hugely rich, massively concentrated whilst elegant and silky. Supreme.
