Barossa Valley Wine Company

From premium to super premium, the Barossa Valley Wine Company handcrafts the very best expressions of the Barossa Valley. The Barossa Valley Wine Company was established in 2001 with the sole purpose of hand-crafting the very best expressions of the Barossa Valley. The Barossa region needs little introduction. It’s widely recognised as the most prestigious wine region in Australia and well-known across the globe for its powerful yet elegant wines. Despite being a relative newcomer to the region, the Barossa Valley Wine Company has become firmly entrenched in the wine drinking community of New South Wales. Based at The Farms, which sits right in the cooler southern region of the Barossa Valley, not far from the small hamlet of Lyndoch, this is a premium area often referred to as the ‘dress circle’ of the Barossa.

Roxanne Kloppers is the winemaker who has experience in wineries across Australia, from Piper’s River in Tasmania’s North through to the Great Southern region in Western Australia, as well as internationally at Château Montelena in Napa Valley and Maison Chapoutier in the Rhône Valley. BVWC wines range from The Farms original Barossa varietals, through the Stockyard range, named after a 100+ year old stone building and gravel track above the vineyards, to The Residence and Gravel Track Collections; all wines that are now winning big points from the critics.
