Dyfi Distillery
The Dyfi Distillery is the brainchild of brothers Pete and Danny Cameron. Pete has called the Dyfi Valley home for over 35 years where he has been hill-farmer, beekeeper, and forager over this time.
Danny’s background is in the wine trade latterly working for an excellent specialist Portuguese wine importer. The distillery opened in 2016 following a two-year development program and is situated in the heart of the important UNESCO World Biosphere of Dyfi. As a result sustainability has always been a driving force of the business. The biodiversity of the region’s flora, the clean, clear water have all contributed to the award-winning spirits produced here.
