This producer consistently offers outstanding quality and their Fiano White Wine is a favourite of mine for all occasions. The vineyard is situated in the North of McLaren Vale Township in South Australia’s most picturesque wine regions. This full-bodied wine has a balanced palate, with juicy fruit and soft tannins. This Sangiovese blend has redcurrant and cherry flavours, complemented by a mint finish, which creates a perfect pairing for lamb or even pork. Not all families have turkey at Christmas, this wine would be perfect as a Boxing Day wine as well. Tess Powell
This medium bodied wine has redcurrant and cherry fruit on the nose and palate which is backed up by a delicious hint of dark chocolate and a soft juicy, minty finish.
