Deep, ripe, enveloping blackberry fruits, all manner of woody and fuzzy herbs, dark flowers and classic perfumed black and white pepper with a little tobacco and oak spice. 2019 was a beautiful, 'classical' in Old World terms vintage, a long and even growing season that produced fully ripe fruit with a moreish savoury quality and wines of real tension. 0-7 years
