Tobelos Bodegas y Viñedos
Tobelos Bodegas y Viñedos is situated in Brinas, on the border with Haro in Rioja Alta. The company’s minimalist-inspired winery was completed in 2003 and perches spectacularly on a hill above the vineyards, overlooking old-established Bodegas such as Roda, Tondoñia and Cune.
This is an ambitious company, harvesting 75% of their grapes from their own vineyards and aiming to produce 300,000 bottles of wine in only four years time. Their style of wine sits midway between classic Rioja and more modern, structured interpretations.
