Vermentino

Crisp and delightful drinking on a hot day, Vermentino was made for Mediterranean lunchtime drinking whether you’re in Provence, Corsica, Sardinia or Tuscany. There’s a hint of herb, a touch of citrus and a squeeze of yellow plum in its make-up. Called Rolle in France, it’s a serious, even complex glass that is very good with simply cooked fish.
