83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 15% Malbec/Petit Verdot, raised in new French oak for 20 months. Reflecting the vintage, there is a brightness to the aromatically charged and red-centric fruit, the palate is full and expansive but light on its feet, the velvety tannins adding to a sense of luxury. Darker fruit flavours, herby and floral notes abound and a mineral purity shines through the sweeter oak elements on a long, cool finish. Eminently drinkable, clearly approachable and plenty of time in hand. Drink 0-9 years
